Welcome to YouTano! By using our site and purchasing services from us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Services Provided
YouTano operates a lead generation service, matching individuals with providers of holistic, naturopathic, and wellness-related services. You are purchasing lead matching services, not guaranteed outcomes.

Payment Terms
You will be billed a $200 prepayment, providing access to receive leads for a 30-day period. After 30 days, if we do not deliver the minimum number of leads stated below, you may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Lead Delivery Commitment
We will deliver a minimum of 4 qualified leads within each 30-day billing period. Leads are defined as individuals who have submitted their contact information via our lead flow and expressed interest in being connected with a provider.

Lead Quality & Limitations
We strive to provide qualified leads based on user intent and profile. However, we do not guarantee sales outcomes or client conversion from leads provided. You are responsible for your own sales and client follow-up process.

Refund Policy
If we fail to deliver 4 leads within the 30-day period, you may request a full refund for that period by contacting us at info@youtano.com. Refund requests must be made within 7 days after the 30-day period ends. No refunds are provided for leads already delivered and accepted, or for failure to close sales. Refunds are limited to the current billing cycle only. No prorated refunds for partial periods.

Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concerns. Initiating chargebacks without contacting us to resolve the issue may result in account suspension and loss of access to future services.

Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
